NOW HIRING – Part Time Office Assistant

JOB POST OPEN UNTIL FILLED
Responsibilities
• Knowledge of Julizza Gomez Portraits
• Maintain contact with community organizations regarding charity contributions
• Place outbound phone calls to potential clients
• Receive inbound phone calls and inquiries
• Book and Schedule Meetings
• Maintain owner’s calendar and schedule
• Pursue warm leads by phone and email
• Report goals and achievements
• Participate in networking groups and events
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication
• Other duties that may be reasonably assigned
• Previous Customer Service/Assistant experience preferred
Education
• High School diploma or equivalent necessary
• Some college preferred, but not necessary
Personality
• Wide range of skills needed
• Organized and motivated
• Positive, leader, encouraging, and uplifting
• Smart, self-sufficient, reliable
• Willing to help clients with questions about orders
• Is professional at all times, drama free
Pay
• Starting at 20 hours per week
• Commission for each booking in addition to hourly rate
• Potential for commission from sales orders in addition to hourly rate
• Works Saturday mornings
